About Us

Our Story

ealytics’ origins date back to 2018, when Artrin Bajrami and Robert McElroy met while studying for their full-time MBA’s at the University of Minnesota.

A year after graduating, Robert moved to New York for work while Artrin returned to Kosovo. In 2022, Artrin founded ealytics to serve Swiss-based clients’ accounting needs from his office in Pristina, Kosovo. Building upon this model, in 2023, Artrin and Robert founded ealytics US, based out of Robert’s office in Minneapolis, as a vehicle to better serve rising demand in the United States.

With a large pool of active talent in Kosovo, we have been fortunate to grow with our clients and continue to increase the complexity and range of services we offer.
